How do I sign in?+
One Trimtab account. Sign in with your email and password, Google SSO, or a magic link.
Do I have to use all of it at once?+
No. Start anywhere — a goal, a roadmap, a board. The thread between strategy, roadmaps, delivery and adoption lights up automatically as you add more.
How do AI credits work?+
Every AI run costs one credit, drawn from a single pool shared across your whole workspace. Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can top up any time.
How is billing handled?+
Billing is per editor, with free unlimited viewers — managed from the billing page. Owners and admins can change plans and buy AI credits.
Can I bring work in from Jira?+
Yes — delivery is built into Trimtab, and you can connect Jira from a project's integration settings. Live two-way sync and a Linear connector aren't available yet.
